Upload, organize, and manage educational video content on the training platform
Review edited videos to ensure quality, accuracy, branding consistency, and correct formatting before publication
Create, upload, and manage quizzes, tests, and learning assessments associated with training modules
Maintain accurate course descriptions, learning paths, and supporting materials
Support the ongoing development and management of the platform website
Collaborate with developers, designers, and internal stakeholders to improve user experience and functionality
Identify and troubleshoot platform issues and coordinate solutions
Assist with platform updates, feature testing, and quality assurance
Manage group sales access, enrollments, and permissions
Support organizational clients using the platform for group training
Provide technical assistance to users experiencing login, access, or functionality issues
Respond to user inquiries in a professional, timely manner
Research potential new educational topics, certifications, and training paths aligned with organizational goals
Assist in evaluating market demand, audience needs, and platform expansion opportunities
Support the development of new courses and educational initiatives
Monitor platform performance, user engagement, and course completion
Maintain organized documentation of processes, updates, and content workflows
Support reporting related to course usage, group participation, and platform growth
Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
Experience managing online learning platforms, websites, or digital content systems
Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
Comfortable reviewing video content and managing multimedia assets
Basic understanding of website management and online platforms
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and support users with patience and professionalism
Experience working remotely and collaborating across teams
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Familiarity with video hosting platforms and content management systems
Experience supporting group or institutional clients
Interest in education, training development, or digital learning
Research experience related to education, professional training, or certifications
